Here's something for all you happy people out there who read my blog to do when you need some inspiration:
An Inspiration Recipe:
*Side note: It has to be nighttime for this to work its magic. You can still do it in the daytime, but it's not as effective.*
1 window (you can have more)
Step 1: Place the chair in front of the window or directly beside it.
Step 2: Shut out all the lights in the room you're in.
Step 3: Open the window(s).
Step 4: Sit in the chair and relax. Listen to the sounds. Embrace your surroundings. Dream.
